Are you the one for Tilly?

‘Beautiful Akita looking for love’

The RSPCA Coventry & Nuneaton Animal Centre are appealing for help in finding a loving new home for a very special resident Tilly the Akita.

Tilly who is 2 years old and has been at the centre since January desperately searching for a new home after being found abandoned by one of the RSPCA inspectors late in 2012.

Tilly is looking for a home experienced with keeping large breed dogs and she could live with children from 8 years old. Tilly could also live with another tillydog and needs a family home with someone at home for part of the day. Tilly has not had the best start in her young life and can be a little nervous when she meets new people. She really is a wonderful playful girl who would thrive given lots of play, love and somebody to trust.

Danni Holder Kennel Supervisor says ‘Poor Tilly has been at the centre far too long now and desperately needs to find a new home. She is a wonderful girl who will give her new owner’s loads of love and fun times in return for a loving warm home. We are really hoping someone from Coventry and Warwickshire will step up and offer this lovely girl a new home’.

Anyone interested in rehoming Tilly or anyone of the 30 plus dogs should pop along to the centre on Coundon Wedge Drive, Coventry, CV5 9DQ to meet her. The centre is open from 11am – 4pm every day except Tuesdays. You can also call the centre on 024 76 336616.
